About Us

At Bali Expat Community, we concentrate on providing essential information and services that make the transition to Bali smoother. Our primary focus areas include visa assistance, housing advice, and community integration. We understand that moving to a new country is a significant step, and our expertise lies in simplifying this journey. We offer practical advice on navigating the visa process, from tourist visas to the Social-Cultural Visa and the KITAS. Our housing guidance covers the most attractive areas for expats, such as Canggu, Ubud, and Seminyak, addressing common concerns like mould, noise, and proximity to amenities. By focusing on these key areas, we empower expats to make informed decisions.

Our approach is grounded in providing reliable, actionable insights and services tailored to the unique needs of Bali’s expat community. We collaborate with local experts, including visa consultants and real estate agents, to offer up-to-date information and support. Our process begins with understanding your specific needs, whether it’s securing a long-term rental or navigating the complexities of a PT PMA setup. We then connect you with trusted partners who can provide the necessary services. Our platform also offers a wealth of resources, including guides on visas, housing, and community events. By maintaining an open line of communication with our clients, we ensure that our services remain relevant and effective.

Our services are designed for a diverse range of expats, from new arrivals and remote workers to families and long-stay residents. Whether you’re relocating for work, starting a business, or seeking a new lifestyle, Bali Expat Community is here to assist you. We serve the entire island of Bali, focusing on popular expat areas such as Canggu, Ubud, and Seminyak. Our commitment is to help you integrate into the local community, offering advice on everything from finding the right neighborhood to understanding local customs. Our team brings extensive experience and local knowledge to the table. We adhere to high standards of accuracy and transparency, ensuring that our information is both reliable and relevant. We understand the importance of trust in our industry, which is why we prioritize honesty and integrity in all our dealings. Our website is regularly updated to reflect changes in visa regulations and housing markets, ensuring that you have access to the most current information available.

At Bali Expat Community, we are transparent about the scope of our services and how we price them. Our offerings include visa guidance, housing advice, and community integration support. Pricing varies depending on the specific services required, and we provide indicative ranges to help you budget effectively. For example, setting up a PT PMA and related visas can be costly, with community-reported estimates around US$1,500 for setup and US$1,000 for adult visas. However, these are anecdotal figures, and we recommend confirming with service providers. Our goal is to offer value without overpromising, ensuring that you receive the support you need without unexpected costs.
